Survey finds skills shortage is hitting Build Quality

A survey by open segment acquirement association Scape found that almost 85% of public sector development manager and 58% of private sector contractors and suppliers trust that the present lack of skills is negatively affecting the build quality and quality of their craftsmanship.

One in ten contractual workers (contractors) and suppliers said that deficiencies of skills were preventing their capability to meet project budgets.
