House Extension Icknield Drive was tasked with a major project which involved complete interior refurbishment as well as a loft conversion, rear kitchen extension, bathroom conversion and building renovation. Part of this project included working and collaborating with the local authority, Redbridge Borough Council, for grant/adaptation work.

Work we’ve completed has left our client utterly speechless. The exterior, hallway, staircase and toilet have received a makeover unlike any other, and the loft conversion has been completed to exact specifications – featuring a lovely wooden floor and ample natural light. The kitchen boasts a beautiful, minimalist and functional design as well.
