Introduction: When we meet you at your property, we will discuss your bathroom renovation and/or home improvement requirements.

Suitability: We will identify whether your space is suitable to extend, build or remodel and if so, will carry out an initial survey and discuss the next steps.

Bathroom renovation process: We will prepare a quotation for you to review and upon acceptance, a contract is drawn up and signed. We will advise the best bathroom design to be based on the property and your needs. The next step is to apply for Planning Permission (where necessary), Party Wall Agreements (where necessary) and Building Control (where necessary). We will coordinate all the information required and once in place, will agree on a date commence your works. We will book a Pre-start Meeting to introduce you to your Foreman and Project Manager, and schedule the scaffolding (where necessary) to be erected. Once done, materials will be ordered and the works started. Your Project Manager will visit your project every week/fortnight (depending on the stage of works) and keep you informed on the progress to ensure your bathroom renovation is exactly as you are expecting.

If you have architects drawings, we will use them to develop a quote for you. If you do not have any architectural drawings, our experienced project surveyors are still able to advise on what is achievable and provide a quote based on our vast project database.
